KLOW is an 80mg research blend combining four peptides in one lyophilized vial: GHK-Cu 50mg, BPC-157 10mg, TB-500 10mg and KPV 10mg. It is studied across tissue remodelling, cell migration, angiogenesis and inflammatory signalling pathways.
KLOW is a four-peptide research blend that brings together compounds studied in different parts of the tissue-repair process. It contains GHK-Cu (50mg), a copper-binding tripeptide; BPC-157 (10mg), a 15-amino-acid gastric peptide fragment; TB-500 (10mg), synthetic thymosin beta-4; and KPV (10mg), an anti-inflammatory tripeptide derived from α-MSH.
The blend extends the BPC-157 + TB-500 combination with GHK-Cu and KPV, letting researchers study four complementary pathways in the same experimental model.
GHK-Cu is studied for collagen and extracellular matrix synthesis and for its broad effects on gene expression. BPC-157 is studied in tendon, ligament and gastrointestinal injury models, with proposed effects on angiogenesis and nitric oxide signalling.
TB-500 (thymosin beta-4) regulates actin and is linked to cell migration and survival after injury. KPV, the C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH, is studied for its effects on inflammatory signalling, including in models of intestinal inflammation.
Each component has its own research literature: GHK-Cu in tissue remodelling and gene expression (Pickart and Margolina, 2018), BPC-157 in tendon healing (Staresinic et al., 2003), thymosin beta-4 in cell migration and cardiac repair (Bock-Marquette et al., 2004) and KPV in intestinal inflammation (Dalmasso et al., 2008).
Published studies of the four-peptide combination itself are limited, so the blend is mainly of interest for research into how these pathways interact. This literature is cited for scientific context only.
Each 80mg vial contains GHK-Cu 50mg, BPC-157 10mg, TB-500 10mg and KPV 10mg.
BPC-157 + TB-500 contains two peptides. KLOW adds GHK-Cu and KPV, so it covers collagen and matrix remodelling and inflammatory signalling as well as the repair pathways of BPC-157 and TB-500.
